The add appointment screen can be used to log one non-group session at a same time, for up to 20 different service providers but for only one client at a time.
Step-by-step guide
- Start by clicking on Activity Log and selecting Add Appointment from the Catalyst Main Menu.
- Select Service Provider (SP) and enter the Actual Time Spent in minutes for each SP.
- Enter or select Service Information: date (or click on the calendar to select a date); Start Time; Service Site; Activity Type; Activity; Activity Status; Activity Comments.
- Select Client and Program.
- Save or Save and go to Case Notes or select one of the other available options to continue.
NOTE: before exiting, the information must be saved in order for the activity to appear in reports.
