How come the service provided to non-identified service recipients is not showing on the report (clients we did not register but provided services)?
Answer
For anonymous client activity to be counted on the report in the FC table of your choice, the following conditions must apply:
- The time must be greater than 5 minutes.
- The chart numbers used to record individual anonymous client activity must be 0M (zero M) or 0F (zero F); for groups Anonymous Groups.
The FC selected for the activity/services provided must be applicable to the activity.
The manner in which service providers (s.265 and s.266) are calculated is not the same as it would be calculated for s.450 and s.451 (client visits face-to-face and clients non-face-to-face). The calculations are not the same. There is no one report that a Catalyst report account user can run to get this collated data.
