The add appointment screen can be used to log one non-group session at a same time, for up to 20 different service providers but for only one client at a time.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Start by clicking on Activity Log and selecting Add Appointment from the Catalyst Main Menu.




  2. Select Service Provider (SP) and enter the Actual Time Spent in minutes for each SP.





  3. Enter or select Service Information: date (or click on the calendar to select a date); Start Time; Service Site; Activity Type; Activity; Activity Status; Activity Comments.





  4. Select Client and Program.





  5. Save or Save and go to Case Notes or select one of the other available options to continue.



    NOTE: before exiting, the information must be saved in order for the activity to appear in reports.
