I forgot my Catalyst user ID and password. What do I do?

Please contact your agencies Catalyst Administrator. There are 2 ways your administrator can help you:
- They can use their admin account to search for your user ID (search by first name is recommended) to update your email and reset your password at the same time.
- If your administrator has a Catalyst reports account they can run the PR-09: Agency Administrator and User Information report to find your User ID. Once you know your User ID, and if the email on your Catalyst profile is up to date, you can use the Password Reset feature in Catalyst to reset your password.
