Activities in Catalyst can be inactivated/deleted.
Step-by-step guide
- From the Admin menu in Catalyst, click on Administration:
- From the Administration Menu, click "Agency Activity List":
- From the Agency Activity List, click on the link to select the activity you wish to delete. In this example, "Doctor Appointment" has been chosen.
- On the Edit Activity screen, click the Delete button:
- Click the "OK" button to delete/inactivate.
Any entries made PRIOR to inactivating/deleting any activities, will still exist within the database for historical reporting purposes.
