Activities in Catalyst can be inactivated/deleted.

Step-by-step guide

  1. From the Admin menu in Catalyst, click on Administration:



  2. From the Administration Menu, click "Agency Activity List":



  3. From the Agency Activity List, click on the link to select the activity you wish to delete.  In this example, "Doctor Appointment" has been chosen.



  4. On the Edit Activity screen, click the Delete button:



  5. Click the "OK" button to delete/inactivate.

        


Any entries made PRIOR to inactivating/deleting any activities, will still exist within the database for historical reporting purposes.
