Question

I am able to access the discharge screen and discharge a client. After discharging the client I am unable to edit some details. I am not able to see a Save button when I try to edit; I am only able to see two buttons - the Reset button and Go Back buttons. How do I edit the information for the client on the discharge screen and save it?

This is an issue of privileges; please review your account privileges.  When your Catalyst account was set up, you were not given access to editing or deleting files. That is why you do not see the save button.

Only users with these privileges checked off can save and can edit information on the Discharge screen.
