Catalyst administrators can reset passwords and edit account information for all Catalyst Users and Administrators. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. From the Main Menu at the top of any screen, go to Admin and choose User Profile.
  2. This will take you to the User Maintenance Screen. If you are updating your own account information including your password click on Edit/View User InfoIf you are a Catalyst Administrator and wish to update another user/administrator’s account, click on Search User to find the user account you wish to edit.

  3. When you are on the Edit User screen you can add/edit the information shown including the password with the exception of Dart # (aka Connex number), User ID and the User Site # which can not be edited.
  4. If you are a Catalyst Administrator making changes to another user's account, you will need to type in your own password (in the field "Administrator Password") to confirm the changes you are making. 



  5. When you’ve finished making changes to the user profile, click Save at the bottom of the screen. You will be returned to the User Maintenance screen.


Note: If you log in after your password has already expired, you will automatically be brought to the Edit User screen in Catalyst.  You will be given the opportunity to change your password.   If you do not change your password but attempt to select another item on the Catalyst Main Menu, you will receive the error message, "Your password has expired.  Please login again and change your password.” You will not be able to access any other screen in Catalyst and you will be returned to the Catalyst Login Screen.
