What would someone have to enter in their activity log for a stat to come out as a visit. and what would they have to enter for the stat to be an attendance day?
Answer
The only difference with visits and attendance days is that visits only count individual appointments while attendance days count both individual appointments and whether a client went into a group appointment.
For example, client A has an individual appointment for Day 1; this will be counted as 1 visit and 1 attendance days. If a client only attended a group appointment for Day 2, it will only be counted as 1 attendance days and 0 visits.
