There are two PR 07 Reports available. The PR 07 report is by program by PSC with totals and the PR 07S is summarized data by PSC /FC.

See the example PR 07 report below. Note that the programs are listed and then totaled in the second last row of the table. The last row is comparable to the OHRS as it takes the same information and translates to the FC level.
PR 07S
See the example PR 07S report below. The PR 07S report provides a list of all the PSC/FCs with summarized data that is equivalent to the last row of the PR 07 report.
